At Pie Demand we love to make pies, all of our pies are individually handmade and baked in small batches.

We love food, it’s what makes us happy! In 2018 we had a dream of running our own pie company. Fast forward to 2019 and our dream is now a reality. After starting in our kitchen at home we quickly realised we needed more space, after lots of planning, stress and hard work we now have our very own production unit in the centre of Carlisle. We aim to bring something different to the pie world, traditional flavours we all know and love but with a modern twist.

We pride ourselves in using only the freshest ingredients from independent producers like us. Each pie is individually made by hand in small batches to ensure each one is produced to the highest quality and standard.

You can find us at farmers markets, agricultural shows, food festivals and events across Cumbria, The Borders and the North East. We look forward to meeting you all.
